About Jim Bob Solsbery...
Jim Bob Solsbery’s degree in teaching from Texas A & M was only the beginning of his lifelong interest in education. Now he loves meeting with groups of professional educators for another reason: because he gets to talk with thousands of amazing teachers.

Jim Bob knows that education is really all about people. "Education isn't so much about how well your school's running," Jim Bob says. "It's about how well your students are learning, and getting motivated to become life-long learners. It isn't about making your school day move faster, but about making your classroom a hotbed of common sense and caring, up-to-date wisdom."
After all, it was a teacher who once helped Jim Bob overcome his serious childhood stuttering problem. And that minor miracle didn't happen in an administrative office; it was in a classroom, led by an enthusiastic and well prepared teacher.
Now Jim Bob loves to share his insights, along with powerful teaching techniques, with educators everywhere. Everywhere, as in 40,000 educators in over 120 school districts and counting.
By the way, there's one educator with a special place in Jim Bob's life. His lovely wife Jan spent 31 years teaching, and now helps Jim Bob share valuable knowledge and empowering dreams with all those roomfuls of teachers.
